A rare opportunity has arisen for a Part time Receptionist in our busy private Osteopathic and Complimentary Therapy Practice.
Hours: Weekly - 2 half days (total 9.5 hours) between 8.30am - 6pm
In addition, 1 Saturday morning in 4 on rotation.
Flexibility will be required to increase hours to cover holidays and sickness.
The ideal candidate would be professional, friendly, patient and caring with the ability to work under pressure. The post would ideally suit someone who has excellent customer service skills with previous experience in administration, word processing, schedule and time management, excellent phone skills, clear communication and organisation. The position may be of particular interest to someone who wishes to continue working, without the commitment of working full days or 5 days a week.
The main focus of the role will be being the first point of contact for patients.
Responsible for:
• Answering the telephone and directing calls
• Greeting visitors / patients and providing excellent customer service
• Booking appointments over the phone and face to face
• Working in a professional manner and adhering to strict confidentiality procedures at all times
• Typing letters and reports
• General administration using the MS Office Package (Word and Excel)
• Filing and photocopying
• Additional general duties as the role requires
