We have a friendly and helpful reception team to help you.

Reception available:
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm
Saturdays from 8.30 am to 1.30pm
An answerphone is available outside these times for your convenience. Please do not email the practice to make, alter or cancel an appointment as emails cannot always be checked daily.
Appointments are available at varied scheduled times
Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm
and 8.30am to 1.30pm on Saturdays.
Having a team of 7 Osteopaths ensures we have someone to help every day.
Thirty minutes is allowed per appointment although some osteopathy treatments will require slightly longer or less time as treatment is carried out on an individual’s needs rather than a specific treatment time.
We respectfully ask that as much notice as possible is given if you cannot attend your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours.
This allows the reception team time to offer the appointment to another patient who may urgently require treatment or be on a reserve list. Fees apply for appointment non-attendance or insufficient notice.

1st consultation & treatment - £55.00
Follow up treatments - £53.00
New Patients or Patients who have not been to the practice for over 12 months will need to complete the two PDF forms above.
They can be completed at the practice or
if more convenient they can be printed and completed at home in advance and brought with you to your appointment.
